We did the research and development for recycled plastics since 2001, there were so many failues happened before, but finally, we successfully developed the PA66 profiles in 2003, and owned our first workshop in Jiangyin, China.
We founded our first company in 2008 for thermal insulation strips, only supply for domestic customers due to the lacking of technologies, we tried our best to invest and develop high performance PA profiles, and got great achievement at the end of 2008, became the biggest competitor for Technoform Company. Our Kaxite Series products were bought and exported to foreign countries by aluminium profile factories. At that time, we still have no right to export.
In 2009, we found that some recycled plastics, such as PP can easily been made into daily necessities, such as fabrics and caps. In order to expand our business, we built the Non-woven Division in 2009, and kept on doing better in the field of plastics.
It was developing so fast since 2010, and we even opened a separate workshop for non-wovens in Hubei Province, and let the Division develops individually.
In 2014, we got great success for many new products that other factories couldn't manufacture, we developed the 35.3mm width multi-cavity polyamide profiles and our patent IC strips. Some counterparts from foreign countries came and consult with hard product issues, we all resolved for them. We designing the moulds of new products individually, so we have our own Metal Moulds Develoment Department, it was not separated as a Division as it was small scale, and now the Metal Dept. was belong to the PA Profile Division.
Under the development and support of our domentic workshops, we founded the Kaxite Technology as a daughter company consisting of the two Divisions and got her own right to import and export in 2015. Now we're moving on with our strong R&D teams, and exporting our products to foreign customers directly.
Jiangyin Kaxite Energy-saving Materials Technology Company Limited was diversifiedly developed and dedicated in designing and developing series of energy-saving materials, such as PA thermal insulation strips that used in heat break aluminium profiles and energy-saving window systems, nonwoven products who are made of PP granules and showing the environmentally friendly characteristics. Kaxite Technology was dedicated in the researching and developing activities for energy-saving materials since 2001, and successfully made great achievements in the field of plastics and metal materials, especially for the polyamide profiles and non-woven fabrics. After 10 more years of effort and with the customers’ recognition for our business, Jiangyin Kaxite Energy-saving Materials Technology Co., Ltd (KXT-Tech or Kaxite Technology as abbreviation) was founded under the support of National Technology Bureau in the year of 2015. Apart from selling common polyamide thermal barrier strips and non-woven products, Kaxite Technologyhas her own R&D teams who offering technical service and are afford to develop new/customized shapes of PA66GF25 profiles or other energy-saving materials, our technical team makes it possible to develop metal molds/dies in an extremely short time to meet customer needs. Also we provide the international trading service not only for our own domestic factories but also any other service you need from China. Kaxite Technology Company has three departments, PA66 Profile Division (polyamide thermal insulation strips, PA66GF25 raw material particals), Non-woven Division (disposable masks, gown, mushroom caps), Metal Material Division(belong to PA Profile Division), we’ll go on using our way to develop higher performance energy-saving materials to make our world better!
